Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimated. Third-party couriers handle shipping. StickerMule is not liable for delays or damage in transit but will help with courier claims. Customers cover all shipping, duties, and fees.
Returns & Refunds
All orders are final. If an item is defective, we may offer a replacement or discount. Visible damage must be reported within 3 days; packaging issues within 14 days. Returns must be received within 15 days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Defects & Limitations
Defects include production faults. The following are not considered defects:
•Minor cracking in folds
•Shipping-related damage
•Tolerance within 2.5%
•Color shifts between proof and print
Artwork Submission
Submit files in CMYK and follow our guidelines. We’re not responsible for issues from incorrect file setups or color conversion.
Color Matching
We do our best to match colors but cannot guarantee a perfect match to screen previews.
Customer Content
By submitting content, you allow us to use it for order fulfillment and promotional purposes (unless you opt out via email). You must have the rights to use the submitted content.
Over/Underrun
We may ship up to 8% more or less than the ordered quantity. For strict minimums, order extra.
Proofing
You’re responsible for final proofs. We print files as submitted. Use Pantone or prototypes for color-critical orders.
Payments
Prices are in USD. We accept PayPal, credit card, and wire transfers. Orders proceed after full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Late payment terms (if applicable):
•16–30 days late: +2%
•31–60 days late: +5%
•90+ days late: sent to collections

Customers are responsible for keeping contact and shipping info up to date.
